Kluang, 7 November 2025 (Friday) – Yang Berhormat Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Haji Abu, Deputy Secretary to the Johor Government (Management) conducted a working visit to the Kluang Municipal Council (MPK) followed by a Management Meeting with District Officers of the State of Johor.
In his message, the chairman emphasized that all District Officers should focus on the implementation of high-impact projects in their respective districts, accelerate action to address the issue of hardcore poverty by 2026, and ensure preparedness for the upcoming Northeast Monsoon season.
The meeting was also accompanied by presentations from the Heads of the Management Services Division Units to convey current information to the District Officers, in addition to a sharing and bilateral discussion session that allowed District Officers to express their views, issues and needs of their respective districts for the attention and action of the Office of the Secretary to the State of Johor.
The program was also highlighted by a presentation by the Kluang Municipal Council which shared its achievements in the Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Awards (AIGA) 2025, as well as the handover of disaster allocations and Standing Operating Procedures (PTO).
This visit reflects the State Government's commitment in ensuring that coordination between district management and state agencies continues to be strengthened to improve the effectiveness of service delivery to the people of Johor.
