- Developing Quality Objectives that meet the requirements and implementation of the QMS, and monitoring their effectiveness using a time-control framework for each process.
- Fulfilling and complying with legal requirements and relevant Acts, where the implementation of the QMS is subject to current laws and other applicable regulations.
- Implementing continuous improvement through processes and controls that have been identified and decided upon in the MPK QMS Management Review Meetings.
