MPK Quality Policy

The Kluang Municipal Council (MPK) is committed to delivering efficient and effective municipal services through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer requirements.

Therefore, MPK Management is committed to:

  1. Ensuring that every service meets customer satisfaction through quality services based on continuous organizational excellence.
  2. Developing Quality Objectives that meet the requirements and implementation of the QMS, and monitoring their effectiveness using a time-control framework for each process.
  3. Fulfilling and complying with legal requirements and relevant Acts, where the implementation of the QMS is subject to current laws and other applicable regulations.
  4. Implementing continuous improvement through processes and controls that have been identified and decided upon in the MPK QMS Management Review Meetings.
