MyHRMIS applications Self Check is another new innovation developed by PSD to facilitate public servants to check and find out the latest status of employee data that contribute to the achievement of the HRMIS. Applications function in MyHRMIS Self Check:

1) There are 5 main menu which is a criteria-based KPI HRMIS civil servants, namely Refining Data (personal data and profiles), Status Annual Performance Evaluation Report (LNPT), Status Annual Target (SKT), the Declaration of Assets and Termination of Service.

2) Purification Menu Data (Personal Data & Profile) there are 21 elements KPI list

3) there LNPT Status menu display functions Status Annual Performance Evaluation Report (LNPT) to the Officer being assessed and the status display for Assessing Officer First and Second Evaluation Officer (if it has a role).

4) Menu Status Annual Target (SKT) there SKT status display function to the Officer being assessed and display Status Annual Target (SKT) which has not been authorized for Assessing Officer (if it has a role).

5) Assets Declaration Menu property there is information that is still in a period of 5 years the declaration. 6) Termination of Service Menu available information and retirement status.
